INSTRUMENTS DETAILS

  1. LCMS 8045:
  • It’s use to separate, identify, and quantify chemical compounds in complex mixtures.
  • LC separates compounds based on polarity and interaction with the column.
  • MS detects and identifies compounds based on mass-to-charge ratio (m/z).
  • It supports applications across pharmaceuticals, environmental analysis, food safety, and biomolecular research, delivering reliable and reproducible analytical performance.

Peptide Synthesizer (PurePep Chorus):

The Peptide Synthesizer enables efficient, high-purity synthesis of custom peptides for R&D. It supports applications in drug discovery, biomarker studies, and protein engineering by delivering precise, reproducible peptide production for advanced scientific workflows.

Prep HPLC:

System enables high-resolution purification of compounds from complex mixtures with high accuracy and reproducibility. It is ideal for isolating peptides, metabolites, natural products, and other target molecules for research and product development. Designed for preparative-scale workflows, it allows efficient separation and collection of compounds in larger quantities (milligrams to grams).

Real Time PCR:

It provides rapid, sensitive, and quantitative detection of nucleic acids for gene expression analysis, pathogen detection, and molecular diagnostics. With high precision and real-time data monitoring, it ensures accurate amplification and reliable quantification for research and development workflows.

Universal Refrigerated Centrifuge:

It separates sensitive biological samples while keeping them at controlled temperatures to maintain their integrity. With flexible rotor options and precise speed settings, it helps prepare cells, proteins, and nucleic acids efficiently for further research and analysis.

Centrifuge 5430 R::

It combines high-speed performance with reliable refrigeration to protect temperature-sensitive samples during separation. Its versatile rotor options allow efficient processing of tubes, PCR strips, and microplates, making it ideal for a wide range of molecular biology and cell-based applications.

Q-TOF (HRMS)

The Q-TOF Mass Spectrometer offers high-resolution, accurate-mass analysis for detailed identification and characterization of complex molecules. It supports advanced proteomics, metabolomics, and structural studies through precise mass detection and comprehensive spectral data.

Freeze Dryer:

The Freeze Dryer removes moisture from samples through sublimation, preserving their structural integrity and biological activity. It is ideal for long-term storage of sensitive biomolecules, peptides, metabolites, and other research materials. By enabling gentle dehydration under low temperature and vacuum, it supports stable sample preparation for downstream analytical and R&D workflows.

Autoclave

It provides reliable steam sterilization of instruments, media, and consumables to maintain contamination free experimental workflows. It ensures effective deactivation of microorganisms through controlled temperature and pressure cycles. Essential for molecular biology and microbiology research, it supports safe, sterile handling of samples and equipment.

Laminar Air Flow (LAF)

This unit provides a clean and particle free working environment by maintaining a continuous flow of HEPA-filtered air. It protects samples from contamination during sensitive procedures such as culture handling, sample preparation, and molecular work. By ensuring a sterile and controlled workspace, it supports reliable and safe experimental workflows.
