Professional Development Online Course on Introduction to Device and System Packaging
BITS Pilani, BITS BioCyTiH Foundation and CREST are conducting a professional development course on “Introduction to Device and Systems Packaging” to well-align with the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM). It will be offered online as a Professional Development Course (PDC) to serve the emerging needs of Indian semiconductors and packaging. Global experts will teach this course; the intended recipients are Industry Engineers, Academic Faculty, and postgraduate students. Participation certificates will be provided after the course.
